Your attention to detail coupled with the quality of your materials and workmanship was most satisfying. Additionally, the two-layer bitumen roofing was laid with hot asphalt which will provide a job far superior than using cold bitumen. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find specialists such as yourself, who still use this more labour intensive, but higher quality specification. However, I know from experience that cold applied adhesives are no substitute for your method, which results in a more durable finished product.
You always arrived on time and amazingly managed to fit the job in during an extremely rainy period. I particularly noticed that you always completely dried the roof surface out before commencing work. In addition, all the softwood you used was rot proofed and you included several smaller jobs at no further charge.
I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone requiring roofing and associated works. Your price was very competetive and there were no hidden extras – Well done!
